Team Lead Network

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Setting up WAN links and connecting them with Wide Area Network (WAN).
  • Execute IP addressing scheme and IP services to meet specific network requirements.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VLAN and inter-switch communications.
  • Networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, Firewall, cisco switches, and routers
  • Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional company networks.
  • Installing and configuring cisco networking hardware.
  • Creating and implementing network security measures.
  • Managing and mentoring junior Network Engineering staff.
  • Conduct regular network performance tests.
  • Delegating networking maintenance tasks to junior staff.
  • Dealing with escalated network support issues.
  • Drawing up network status reports.
  • BSc, Comp/ Information System.
  • Certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Must.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) added advantages.
  • Experience: Above 3yrs of work experience in network engineer, strong knowledge about different network designs and topologies that interact to form a secure IT network, Knowledge of networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, Firewall, cisco switches, and routers
  • CTC offered: 3 to 4 laks

Sr. Manager Finance

Job Overview
  • Manage financial systems and budgets.
  • Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organisation's financial position).
  • Provide financial advice
  • Liaise with clients and provide financial information and advice.
  • Review the company's systems and analyse risk
  • Perform tests to check financial information and systems
  • Advise clients on tax planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimise their tax liability) and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
  • Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)
  • Advise clients on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (corporate finance)
  • Counsel clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting)
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
  • Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits or public sector audits
  • Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
  • Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
  • Advise on tax and treasury issues
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Deriving P&L on individual cost/ profit centre concepts, budgeting / cash flow analysis, SPC - banking, taking care all Statutory needs. Clearing / approving for purchase

Sr. S/W Developer VoIP

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Free PBX/Asterisk: Development & Support
  • Experience in managing, maintaining, installing and configuring Asterisk IP PBX systems
  • Installation & configuration of Dialer/contact centre applications
  • IP Telephony(SIP) and IVR knowledge
  • Android/iOS app development
  • API integration and development
  • Should be able to understand & Test 3rd party APIs like CRM, WhatsApp, Facebook & Any messenger application
  • Python, HTML, CSS and JavaScript development knowledge
  • Experience in Linux
  • Knowledge about IP Phones, Gateway & SIP based soft endpoints added advantage
  • B.E or Equivalent

Collection Head: Handling India & UK customers (Collections Manager)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts daily
  • Identify & Report outstanding account receivables aging.
  • Investigate historical data for debts and bills
  • Create a Week-wise collection Projection
  • Take actions to encourage timely payments
  • Updating payments in the system
  • Resolve billing/service-related issues with the help of the Support and Billing Team
  • Resolve customer credit issues
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from Customers
  • Monthly outstanding reconciliation with Telcos
  • Monitor Vendor Portal status
  • Handling of Commission payouts with accurate P&L
  • Statement of accounts to be shared with customers
  • Communicate to Customer Before deactivation of their account
  • To increase the collection efficiency in terms of days
  • No cases should be in 30 + aging for data and 15+ for Voice
  • Auto debit files to be prepared and validated before submission to banks
  • Auto debit success and failure status to be reconciled every month
  • Reports to be flashed daily on the outstanding, aging-wise receivables and payment collected- Product-wise
  • Automation Project
  • Any Degree
  • Experience: Min 5yrs exp in the telecom industry
  • Work Location: Chennai
  • Skills required: Good English communication, both verbal & written, MS Office
